GC4YCT/P Taking Part in the PW 2M VHF Competition 2017

The club hit the road mountain, Llanllwni Mountain in fact at locator IO72wa, and set up a 2m station to take part in the Practical Wireless VHF competition on Sunday the 11th of June 2017.

All up 25 contacts were made in 13 different squares.

The first contacts made were from Kent and the Isle of Man.

A huge thank you to all who worked us and an even bigger thank you to all the club members who braved the wind and rain to attend to make the event a success.
